Coming Home!

It has been an amazing summer. We have been totally busy doing activities, projects, and adventures. But now we are coming home.

We saw the long horn sheep in Boulder City. Really awesome because they are endangered and you can usually only see them in a zoo, but these are a wild herd.

We went to a Fire Station Tour.

We went on a free tour at Anderson Dairy and got free ice cream at the end.

We did building projects at Lowe's and Home Depot.

The children attended several Vacation Bible Schools.

Connor went on his first boys camping trip without us.

The kids rode on a Double Decker Bus down the strip.

We saw free movies, and we paid for movies.

We made friends and enjoyed a wonderful church and Sunday school.

I got to tour Hoover Dam and I went to the Grand Canyon with Bethany and her wonderful host parents from Sweden. They were wonderful! Goran and Marianne. We took them to the Bellagio to see the flower gardens and the water show and they really loved it. My favorite part was when Goran (Yor on) played with the kids. We were making a scene in the Bellagio because of his desire to entertain the children. He would hold their hands and then cause them to slip. It was great. I think sometimes it is ok to play in a way that would usually be inappropriate.

Now we are ready to have new adventures at home!
